Cathy Moyer, Executive Director, is the founder of V-O-Cal and brings almost 20 years of volunteer trail-building experience to the organization. She has extensive experience in community and political organizing and is a successful entrepreneur, with a professional background in software design and development. Her combination of entrepreneurial experience and community organizing makes a powerful package.

He served as a volunteer Crew Leader on five V-O-Cal projects in 2007 and on two of those he played a significant role in the project planning and execution. Kevin is a fourth generation Californian. He is a UCLA graduate and moved to Northern California 10 years ago to work for a national display company. He is an avid mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast.
